When my client MSC Cruises asked me to organize a managerial seminar during the inaugural cruise of its latest liner, the Meraviglia, the largest ship ever built for a European shipowner, my dream was to organize it in collaboration with the Annesci Quartet.

Only the quartet could help me achieve my client’s objective: to find different ways of discussing management, to show men, in this case Hotel Managers, how they can perceive their engagement from another angle, to adapt, to listen..

The result lived up to my expectations, the organized seminar obtained the best score ever awarded by its participants.

I won’t forget the musicians’ power of adjustment quartet who succeeded in demonstrating their energy to a male, international and demanding public.
